You will not be charged until we deliver your first "Bid Request"
Fill out the Provider Profile (see example below) to describe details about your practice
BidMySmile will validate the Provider Profile
Congratulations...you are now ready to begin placing Bid Offers!
You will receive an email indicating you have a "Bid Request"
Log into your BidMySmile Account
Open the "Bid Request" to view the Patient Profile and Pictures
Fill out your "Bid Offer" and click "Submit"
You will receive an email confirming your "Bid Offer" has been received
The patient will receive an email indicating they have a "Bid Offer" to review
If they SELECT YOUR BID OFFER
You will receive an email that states "Bid Accepted"
Log into your BidMySmile account for the Patient Contact Information
Call the patient IMMEDIATELY to schedule their in-office consultation
If they SELECT A DIFFERENT BID OFFER
Your Provider Dashboard will be updated indicating the patient status is "Closed"
If they DO NOT SELECT ANY BID OFFER
We contact them regularly for 90 days urging them to make a decision
